Parish Nursing is a holistic health care ministry providing physical, emotional and spiritual care within the confines of our faith community. It doesn’t replace Visiting Nurses, Doctors visits or Emergency Room care. The Parish Nurse Program is a preventative screening, education and advocacy program incorporating the care of the body mind and spirit.
As our mission statement here at St. Michael’s proclaims---“We invite all people to grow in their knowledge and Love of God, to serve him through our stewardship, commitment to Catholic Education and community based ministries and to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.”
If you can consider giving of your time and talent to this ministry as a Eucharistic Minister, Pharmacist, Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Home Visitor or Educator on an occasional basis please contact Mary Ellen Bartlett
