Knights of Columbus Monthly Meeting - Tuesday, June 10th at 7:00pm
The local Knights of Columbus meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM at Saint Matthias Parish Hall, 409 Hemenway Street in Marlborough MA.
If you are 18 years or older, please consider joining a great team of men, placing faith into action!

Join us at the Mass on the Lord's Day as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity.

The 69-year-old Robert Francis Prevost is from the northern part of the American continent, though he spent many years as a missionary in Peru before being elected head of the Augustinians for two consecutive terms.

The Easter season is fifty days from the Sunday of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ to Pentecost Sunday.

The Season of Lent is March 5th through April 26th 2025
The season of Lent is a Catholic Liturgical Season that is the forty days before Easter consisting of Fasting, Prayer, Almsgiving beginning on Ash Wednesday(March 5th) and concluding at sundown on Holy Thursday.
Lent ends when the evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday begins.

Jubilee 2025 PILGRIMS OF HOPE
2025 is the Jubilee Holy Year, the 2,025th anniversary of the Incarnation of our Lord, an "event of great spiritual, ecclesial, and social significance in the life of the Church."
The concept of "Jubilee" has its origins in the Book of Leviticus (chapter 25) as a special year of reconciliation, pilgrimage, and coming home. Pope Francis has designated the 2025 Holy Year as a time to renew ourselves as "Pilgrims of Hope."

Pope Saint John XXIII National Seminary is a Catholic professional and graduate theological institution dedicated uniquely to the preparation of seminarians 30 years of age and older responding to a call to priestly ministry.
Our program fosters the human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral formation of its seminarians. We especially respect and utilize the life experiences and accomplishments of our mature seminarians, as we prepare them for priestly ministry.
Since 1964 our Seminary has been acclaimed for offering quality formation specifically suited for the adult learner. Currently, our 700+ alumni serve throughout the world.

Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn ChildrenList Item 1
Wednesday, January 22nd is the annual "Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children" observed by the Catholic Church in the United States. This day is set aside to pray for the legal protection of human life and to do penance for the violations to human dignity caused through abortion. We are called to observe this day through prayer and penance.
